Stress Release - This gently focuses on quickly relieving your body from anxiety and stressful emotions so you can be calm and centred.
On & Off the Chair - This routine is a combination of seated and standing poses practised both on and off the chair. The programme begins on the chair with gentle stretches but then incorporates poses such as Warrior 1 and Tree Pose using the chair as a stable prop.
