Join former TOWIE STAR, Frankie Essex and her trainer, Lisa Nash, in these body sculpting routines!  As a follow up to the Frankie Essex Weight Loss Workout programs, 20 Minute Trim is about creating flat abs as well as toning & elongating your muscles.

Broken into 3 x 20 minute segments to easily fit into your day, these programs consist of an upper body workout, a core workout and a lower body workout so each body part will be utilised to transform your excess weight into muscle!

Upper Body Workout - These exercises specifically target the front and the back of the upper body! By using weights with repetitive reps your muscles will become strong and more defined. As you get stronger increase the weights for effectiveness. (20 mins)

Lower Body Workout - This workout is choreographed to shape up the hips, thighs, glutes and quads. You will feel the burn and tremor as you push your muscle groups beyond their normal limits. (20 mins)

Core Workout - Everyone should be training their core muscles regularly! Having a strong core is vital to your overall well-being! By practising these exercises, all your core muscles will be engaged, leaving you with a strong, tighter tummy! (20 mins)

20 Minute Trim is the perfect complement to Frankie Essex Weight Loss Workouts where the focus was on
cardio. Practising these routines a few times a week will really firm up the muscles and create the definition you always wanted!
