Arms and Shoulders Burn & Sculpt Workout - You're going to perform one big circuit, where every fifth exercise is one of my classic upper body burners, each exercise will be for 30 seconds with 15 seconds recovery.
Pilates Legs and Bum - This workout is designed to really isolate your muscles in the lower body, control your breathing and follow along for one continuous circuit.
Abs Unlimited - You're going to perform 3 continuos circuits, each one consists of an exercise for your obliques, your central abdominals, an integrated abs exercise, ab burner and a back exercise to balance you out.
Yoga inspired cool down - Stretch those muscles out after the workouts to bring your body back to normal safely.
