Ballet Fitness - Sleeping Beauty
Ballet Fitness with Nicky McGinty • 6m 5s
In order for a ballerina body to stay healthy and fit, a dancer must stretch out the muscles that have just been worked. By slowly moving the body in a combination of rhythmic movements and static postures, you will increase blood flow and begin to cool the body to normal temperatures. This helps prevent injury.
