Build & Boost with Weights by Kate Brooks
This straightforward session builds on Kate’s original Balance & Boost routine. By adding the weights Kate begins to challenge you more aerobically and physically to help build a stronger body. Both these routines are manageable but will test your ability to keep up. Follow along with Kate and watch as your physique begins to transform in a safe and effective routine.
We recommend starting with Balance & Boost until you feel you need a more difficult challenge then move to Build & Boost with Weights!
